Something New – Dinners at Sweet Vettes

2

As I sat in the Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport headed to Tennessee for Thanksgiving holiday, I dove into thought for broadening my search for a larger audience in delivering more Sweet Vette’s Desserts products.

I had been conducting a pilot project over the past few months.  This concept invites friends and their friends to come and enjoy a full course meal including multiple desserts on a given Sunday afternoon.

It would be called “Dinner at SweetVettes”.    Each invitee would pay $10 per meal.  Mid October “Dinner at SweetVettes” menu consisted of smothered pork chops with gravy over rice, collard greens, homemade cheese and macaroni, cornbread and a choice of two signature desserts including Louisiana banana pudding and sweet potato pie.

October’s event proved to be a warm and lively group and was a success.  They came and ate and had lively discussions with a wide range of topics.  On average they relaxed in this atmosphere for approximately one and a half hours and enjoyed the meal.

They encouraged me to continue with this concept.  Let me know if you and friends would be interested in attending a future “Dinners at SweetVettes” on a Sunday afternoon to enjoy a wonderful meal and mouth watering desserts.
