Dinner at Sweet Vette’s – February Twenty Eleven

1

My loyal supporters have spoken and I’ve listened.  Requested for this month’s dinner, Sweet Vette will prepare a succulent golden brown turkey, down home dressing, gravy and cranberry sauce.  Sides include collard greens with smoke turkey and homemade cheese and macaroni.  Mouth watering Louisiana banana pudding and a lemon pound cake will be the desserts served with punch as our beverage.

It’s nice getting on-going feedback from my supporters on the types of meals that brings them back to Sweet Vette’s table each month.  It’s part of business planning and an opportunity to give supporters exactly what they want.

We’ll have drawings for two mouth watering door prizes and as always great conversations and a good time will be had by all who enters.

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, I’ve partnered with Margo Britten for this month’s event.  She’ll have a variety of items on sale including oils and lotions to relax that special Valentine in your life.

Another good reason to attend Dinner at Sweet Vette’s each month is you may no longer enjoy preparing big Sunday meals.  However it’s my forte to do just that so you don’t have to.  Cooking delicious meals and baking those mouth watering desserts has been my passion for many, many years.  Don’t hesitate to come and enjoy a meal on the second Sunday of each month as you’re sure to enjoy the meal and great company.  The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing and generally runs for 2 to 4 hours depending on the crowd.   Eating from fine China and drinking from long stemmed, gold trimmed goblets is the dining style at Sweet Vette’s Table.

RSVP’s are necessary for this event and spaces fill up fast.  Please reserve a spot for your and a friend by contacting me at your earliest convenience at 651.227.2358 or via email at Yvette@sweetvettesdesserts.com.

Carry out orders are available and can be placed by noon on the Friday leading up to the event.  Everyone does not have 2 to 3 hours to relax on a Sunday afternoon, but may want to enjoy a great carry-out meal.

If you and your friends would like to enjoy a delicious and plentiful down home meal on a Sunday afternoon, Sweet Vette’s is the place.

I briefly attended the February dinner. The hostess was very gracious and the food was delicious!
I also bought a sweet potato pie. It was the best that I have ever tasted and I savored every bit of it.
    I’ll be back for more~
